Majority of people believes that multitasks is a great time server but actually it's not. Performing multitasks can not only distract your mindset but also decreases the quality of your work. Always give priority to do one specific task at a time, if you need to complete your homework then focus on only completing your homework in the given specific time. This habit will not only improve your work quality but also improves your focus your quality of work as well.

3. Prepare your work area

Your work area play an important role in order to manage your time and stay productive some people prefer to work in cafe with a cup of coffee while some people like to work in a quite place. So choose your favorite place where you can work comfortably and put your necessary things in that place which will eventually reduce your time to finding things during the work.

4. Set a purpose for each study session

Now before starting your work you first need to set a purpose why you are performing this task or what are you learning from this assignment. This practice will help you not only to stay focus for your task but also makes your vision clear about your activity.

5. Eliminate all your distraction

This is the most important part, if you want to manage your time and stay productive. Eliminating distraction is not easy especially while performing some important tasks, But there are lots of apps and software out there which you can use to block all distractions for a particular time period.

8. Reward yourself

9. Have a good sleep

It's important to have enough sleep after your hard work. Expert says that for a healthy mind 6-8 hours of sleep is enough. A mind with good sleep is capable of doing work effectively.

You have already heard "Health is wealth" and to make your health wealthy, exercise is important. A 5 min of daily exercise not only improves your body metabolism but also increase your concentration power which will eventually helps you to accomplish your daily tasks in shorter span of time.
